Applicable law and disputes

Belgian law applies. Between businesses, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protection rules of the country where you live still apply.

If you are a consumer, you can refer the matter free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service (Service de médiation pour le consommateur), Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, https://mediationconsommateur.be.

Prices and VAT

The final amount, the VAT applied and the currency are shown on the payment page before you confirm. The currency is the one displayed at the time of payment. Dollar prices exclude tax: Discovery $29 excluding tax, Validation $65 excluding tax, Multi-project $179 excluding tax.

For an individual in Belgium or the European Union, Belgian VAT at 21% is included in the euro prices. For an EU business with a valid VAT number, the invoice excludes VAT and states “Autoliquidation – art. 196 Directive 2006/112/CE” (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/FR/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32006L0112). For a customer outside the European Union, Belgian VAT is not charged. Local taxes may apply.

Prepaid packs

Packs are prepaid, paid once, with no subscription.

Discovery: 20 interviews, €32 including VAT or $29 excluding tax. Validation: 50 interviews, €69 including VAT or $65 excluding tax. Multi-project: 150 interviews, €179 including VAT or $179 excluding tax. Multi-project expires 3 months after the purchase date. The expired balance is not refunded. Discovery and Validation have no end date.

An interview is used as soon as the respondent replies to the AI interviewer's first message. It is then deducted from your balance. An interview with no reply is not counted.

Withdrawal

If you are a consumer and you did not give a VAT number, you have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason (Code of Economic Law, art. VI.47). If you requested immediate access, you pay for the interviews already used, and the right of withdrawal no longer applies once all interviews in the pack have been used. Professionals who gave a VAT number do not have this right. Before you pay, the immediate-start box records your express agreement that the interviews are available immediately (art. VI.53). This right of withdrawal ends once the pack has been fully used. Before that, if you withdraw within the period, the refund is pro rata for the unused interviews: price paid × unused interviews ÷ interviews in the pack. The refund is made to the original payment method, within 14 days of your request. To withdraw, write to hello@lisnai.app or use the form below.

Two boxes are required before payment, for everyone. The first reads: “I accept the Terms and conditions of sale of LisnAI.” The link is on “Terms and conditions of sale” and goes to /terms. The second reads: “I request immediate access to my interviews. I acknowledge that if I withdraw within 14 days I will pay for the interviews already used, and that I lose my right of withdrawal once all interviews in the pack have been used.”

Technical failure and dissatisfaction

If an interview fails for a technical reason on our side, it is recredited to your balance on request at hello@lisnai.app within 30 days.

Dissatisfaction with the content of the answers or with the verdict (Go, Pivot or Stop) does not give rise to a refund. The verdict is decision support, not advice.

Trial

Each account receives 5 interviews, once, with no card. You must confirm your email address before you can spend them.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. An invoice is issued automatically and sent by email. If you buy for a business, enter its legal name and VAT number at checkout: they appear on the invoice.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, except for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or bodily injury. If you are a consumer, this limit does not reduce your statutory rights (Code of Economic Law, art. VI.83).

Personal data

We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). See the privacy policy (/privacy). Subprocessors: Google (Gemini), Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Vercel, Supabase and Stripe. Audio is not kept: it is transcribed and then deleted.
