Privacy
LisnAI runs product-research interviews. When you take part, your voice (if you use the mic) is transcribed on the fly then discarded. It is never stored. We only keep the text of your answers.
Vercel Web Analytics sets no cookie and does not recognize you from one day to the next. It uses a code computed from the request; the recorded measurements are not associated with your IP address. A session is discarded after 24 hours. Before each measurement, we remove parameters from page addresses ourselves. Vercel Inc. (United States) acts as our processor under the EU standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring visits to our public pages.
Purpose
Analyze your answers for the campaign designer (needs, friction, past facts). Data is not sold.
Processors
Voice is transcribed on the fly (audio is not kept). Speech synthesis is only used so Lissen can talk. Interview turns, as text, are processed by the Google Gemini API. For campaigns with real respondents, LisnAI must use a Gemini key on a billed Google Cloud project (Paid Services): in that case Google does not use your prompts or answers to train its models (per Gemini API terms in force). Audience measurement of the public pages is processed by Vercel Inc. (United States).
Retention
Transcripts and other text data are kept for up to 90 days after the interview, unless you ask for earlier deletion or the campaign needs justified archiving. Audio is not kept.
Your rights
You can stop the interview at any time. To request deletion of your transcript and related text data, contact: hello@lisnai.app. Mention the approximate interview date and the campaign name if you know it.
